Sleep is one of the most vital components to our health and is
too often taken for granted until there is a serious problem.
I know from personal experience how serious the impact of sleep
disorders can be. While I was going through a horrific ordeal
known as "mobbing"
(an extreme form of workplace bullying) while employed at a major
daily newspaper, the stress that resulted made it almost impossible
to sleep (or to work).
I am working to create a valuable resource for anyone looking for a way to get a better night's rest. Sleep is a fascinating subject and I will be adding many more articles and features in the coming months.
