Angels and Demons

I was only 14 years old when I experienced my first sleep paralysis episode. I felt like I was being held down and shaken by evil forces. My eyes were open, but I couldn't call out for help when I tried. I had no idea what was happening to me. I had never heard of sleep paralysis, and was too confused to tell anyone about my experience because it felt like demons were attacking me.

A few days later, as I was trying to fall asleep I felt the evil forces again... This time I was paralyzed and being levitated in the air. First I was over my bed, then I was moved to the side of my bed over the floor. I felt pressure, as if this evil force was going to pull me down into hell. I prayed to God to help me, to make it stop. Soon after I felt a good spirit come over me. I felt this battle between these two forces go on around my levitating body. Soon all sense of fear left as I was gently lowered back down onto my bed and was able to move again.

I can't describe how I felt these "spirits" because I couldn't see them... It was as if I instinctively knew I was dealing with angels and demons. It was only recently that I found out there is a medical explanation for what I felt and continue to deal with.
