Yesterday, Friday I took a short nap when I awoke my kitchen messed up and I had a very bad shoulder pain. The only thing I can guess is that I somehow walked into a wall while I was asleep. When I awoke I found myself back in bed with a bad pain in my shoulder.
I have sleptwalked before and anytime I do it scares me to no end.
