Angel Orb

Angel Orb

I have narcolepsy and suffer from sleep paralysis often. Anyways Sleepy Time Tea is a good thing. It is herbal so no pill to take… and it is good for you. I actually make my own blend of it and I usually can not even hold my eyes open after taking it. I usually use Chammomile, Skull Cap, Valerian Root, Kava Kava Root, Lavender, Jasmine Flower, and Stevia for sugar since its 3 times stronger than sugar use not too much. And I fall asleep real quick.

I drink it hot and if I have a sore throat I add Cadenula Flower or Ginger and it helps soothe my throat. Anyways that's my potion for sleep. lol

Above I have posted a picture I captured just before bedtime when I was charging and cleansing my aura and right above my alter I took this picture of this orb and in the middle of it is an angel or dove its an amazing thing, in the background is my lamp and alter and me all dark because the flash was off but I am looking directly at the orb, it is neat. Thanks, Ash

In response to your stress as well
by: Shana Ashley Williamson

In response to you saying you have a lot of stress as well. I wanted to tell you that although Chammomile, Skull cap, and Valerian are great for relieving stress. You might also look into Helianthum. It's a Bach Flower remedy and usually comes in a liquid form. But it works wonders for stress disorders, panic attacks, and such. I think you might even want to add a few drops to your tea if you find you like it. I sure you can find it in any whole foods type of store, if not I am positive you can purchase it online. But remember best herbs for stress include: Skullcap, Valerian root, Chammomile, KavaKava (has been compared to xanax) although not as potent, also lavender has a calming effect, The Heliantheum I mentioned (belonging to the Five Bach Flower Remedy Family), Rosemary, Thyme, and Lemon Balm Leaf. All very good relaxants. And whichever works best for you is up to you to find out. Best of luck, And I am so happy you are approaching a Holistic medicine instead of the addicting stuff, Good for you. Peace and Love, ASH

Reply to how much ingredients to use
by: Anonymous

Oh, It really doesn't make a difference you just use all the ingredients I listed, or the ones you can find in herbal form and fill a tea bag with them all. I usually take the tea out of a brand name tea such as lipton (my mom uses) and pour out almost all the lipton tea in the bag then take my herbs and try to guesstimate the amount needed by evenly distributing the herbs till the bag is full. And then I boil water by itself.. Pour the hot water into a Coffee mug and dip the tea bag into the hot water.. I let it sip and seep into the water for about ten minutes before I drink it and if the herbs are too earthy for you, you can always add stevia a natural sugar (its herbal color is green and its powdery) and you only need a tiny amount of the stevia because its 300 times stronger than normal plain sugar. Oh and if you don't fall asleep right away, boil more water and using the same tea bag from the first cup, you can use again in the second cup and it'll still work. The herbs are really strong. I mean I prefer them over pills as well. Natural sleep is the best. And by then you should be knocked out. lol.. Enjoy, Shana Ashley W

I'm not sure how old this post is but thank you Shana! I'm going to try this as soon as I can find all of the ingredients. I have one question, how much do you put in or do you brew it? I have had a lot of trouble sleeping so I need to try something but I want to try something natural. I have a lot of stress and a medical condition too so I really hope this helps.
